Year 5 Class Teacher - Southampton Location: Southampton, United Kingdom Start Date: September 2024 Pay: MPS/UPS £130 - £215 per day Hours: Full-time, 8 am – 3:30 pm Long-Term Full-time About the School: Supply Desk are currently recruiting on the behalf of a Primary School in Southampton who are looking to recruit a Year 5 Class Teacher to start in September. This will be a temporary position that could lead to a permanent post, where you will be teaching KS2 in a Primary school that was graded “Good” in all areas in their latest Ofsted inspection. With a welcoming and supportive staff, this school has an excellent environment for both students and educators. Job Specifications: Suitable for an experienced teacher. You will be responsible for leading a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) within the class on a full-time basis. Implement and deliver a balanced and differentiated curriculum for all pupils, incorporating the National Curriculum. Facilitate, support, and monitor the overall progress and development of all students. Foster a learning environment that provides pupils with the opportunity to fulfil their potential.
